Westeck Windows in a LOG home.

Question

Hello, We have a log home which was built in Canada and assembled in Big Bear City, California. The only identification on windows is Westeck, IGMA-2004.

We had been in contact with Westeck many times over the years, as parts were breaking. They had sent us all their stock for parts and told us the windows mechanism has been discontinued/replaced. Is there a chance you have heard of this company and possibly could have parts for our windows?

Hey, Linda. I've never heard of that company before but I'm pretty sure we can help. Please see our 39-031 and 39-032 to start with. These look very close to the operator in your photo. I would just carefully go over our dimensions to be sure they match up.
