What Am I Missing On The Window Lock

Question

I'm completing a rehab with a Weathershield casement window that was donated and have nothing to compare it to. Please look at the attached photos, specifically at the lock handle. It appears as if I'm missing some type of insert to cover the kerf cut into the frame that allows the locking handle to move vertically. Additionally, it appears as if I'm missing a sleeve or cover for the handle itself as its simply a metal arm that does not look like its "finished".

I will order whatever parts are needed from your company when they are identified for me. Yes, and I'll also be replacing the handles with a foldable handle in champagne color that matches the metal cover over the handle's gears.

Thank you for reaching out to us. It can be quite difficult to identify parts that aren't there but we can try our best. To start, can you remove the lock from the window and show us? Right now all I can see is a little metal nub which, unfortunately, doesn't tell me anything. We need to see everything that remains of this lock assembly, out of the window and without obstruction.

I can't guarantee we'll have something but we'll try our best.
