What Andersen operator replaces 887 437 7 88?

Quick Learner from MD
My andersen sash balances do not have a stamped number next to the AW code. Can you advise what part numbers would replace 887 437 7 88?

And, my other sash balance needed only has this number on it near the AW triangle: 1600217. On its lip is this number: 2 6 91.

thanks.

I'm afraid that I couldn't match those numbers to anything. Can you show me a clear picture of each of those stamps mentioned? Sometimes seeing how the numbers are printed is just as important as the numbers themselves.

Ok, I've been able to clean up two of them somewhat and attached pictures. The numbers look like:

BB7 437 7-88
BJ26 531 10 89

The third one is not cleaning up very well, the most I can get off of it is 11600 17. I hope you can help with that one also. Picture attached. The windows were installed in 1992.

Thank you.

Thanks for your patience while we looked into this. The balance marked "531" is typically related to our 24-531. I'm not sure about "437," though. That's a bit of an odd one. I'm also not sure what the stamp is on the third balance, which we will need to know.

Since the windows are so old, could you give us the visible glass of each sash? That will allow us to cross-reference the data already given to confirm our suggestions. Please give the width" x height".

Thanks, the balance marked "531" is the left side of a window that measures 20 1/4"w x 15 7/8"h on both top and bottom glass. The one marked "437" is the right side balance of that same window.

The third balance is from a window that measures 32 1/4"w x 24"h on both top and bottom glass.

Both windows have the trademark in the corner of the glass of 91-2 if that helps any.

Thank you for the dimensions. The 20-1/4" x 15-7/8" window would also use the 24-531 Andersen balance, while the 32-1/4" x 24" would use the 24-939.
