What Balance is This?

Hello,

Our channel balance string ripped. I just want to make sure the Product Code: S385-31 - 31" SERIES 385 CHANNEL BALANCE is the correct part.

Thanks for writing in, Ryan. This looks more like an S390-31 to me, since both nylon fittings match the 'wings' featured on the Series 385. Just double-check the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe to be sure it matches what you have. Look for a stamp code on the metal channel to know what stamp option to select. If there is no stamp option, or you are uncertain, weigh your window sash. You can then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each stamp option on the product page.
