What Part is this?

Hello - I have an awning window and one of the arms snapped free from the window. I'm wondering if there is a part I can put on the arm or if I need a larger replacement part?

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with this operator. I think we can help, but it's tough to make out what you have from these photos. From what I see, it looks like you need an all new guide. I'm just not sure what guide it is.
Would it be possible to see a photo of the guide in question removed from the window? Seeing it in one piece would be most helpful, assuming you have an identical window in the house that uses the same hardware. If that's not possible then seeing the two halves of the broken part will suffice. Please let me know if that's possible!
