What Pella roller do I need?

Home Owner from SC
Our repairman says our Pella sliding glass door needs new rollers. It was installed in 2001 along with a second unit that is used much less frequently. The 2nd unit is fine. The main one is "screechy."  Both units are aluminum clad (outside) and stainable wood inside. What rollers do we need to order from you?
Thanks!

I'm sorry to say that it's not possible to identify what roller you need based on this information. There's only one way to ID a patio door roller, and that's to see it out. This is standard operating procedure for this kind of project.

When repairing the rollers of a patio glass door, you should expect to have to take it down twice: once to identify the rollers, and again to replace them. This is a time and labor intensive project, so I'd also recommend an extra pair of hands.

Once the roller is out, show us a photo of the back end, top, and sides. You'll also want to write down your dimensions for comparison.
