What Pivot Bar do I need?

The Pivot Bar on the lower sash of my double hung vinyl windows bent/ broke on both sides. I have no idea who the manufacturer of the window is. I took photos of the markings in the window, as well as the slides and hardware, and the pivot bar that is still partly intact. It is 2.5 inches long. I placed the screw in the hole that is used to secure it to the window sash. The other hole is unused.

The balance system your window is using appears to be similar to our S140-8. We don't have the old style tilt bar that works with it, but our 26-398 is a newer part that I think may work for you. Check it out and see what you think.
