It's difficult to identify your shoe when it's still installed. It looks like you could have something like our 15-188, but I cannot be sure. I recommend removing your shoe from the window and comparing it to our pictures and dimensions; please note that the most important measurements are the thickness and depth.
The nut you reference is referred to as a cam. They can come out, I suppose, but they are not sold separately except in very rare cases. You will likely need to replace your entire shoe. |
