When ordering a S350-22 balancer I am given 4 options, 2110-2140. What are these numbers in reference to?

The stamp options represent different strength window balances. It is best to match up to the stamp number from the original balance.
If you cannot locate the original stamp number remove the window sash and place it on a scale. The weight of the window sash in pounds is needed to determine the proper stamp option.
Stamp option 2110 will carry a window sash weight range of 5 through 8 pounds.
Stamp option 2120 will carry a window sash weight range of 8 through 12 pounds.
Stamp option 2130 will carry a window sash weight range of 12 through 15 pounds.
Stamp option 2140 will carry a window sash weight range of 15 through 23 pounds.
This information is based on 2 balances per sash. Balances are designed assuming friction in the jamb weather-strip will carry a portion of the sash weight. Suggested sash weights are approximate.
