What are the spiral balance and pivot shoe sizes of my window?

Question

I just bought a house with these Better Bilt Brand Tilt Windows that are about 20 years old! The windows are hard to open...Some of the spiral balances are off the pivot shoes and all of latches are old and at the brim of being broken. I figured out the latches model but I am not sure about the model of spiral balances and their matching pivot shoes. I am uploading a few pictures and please kindly give me some advice on what the spiral balances and pivot shoes I need to purchase!!! Truly appreciate your help in advance!!!!

The lock looks like our 90-005 sash lock, and the tilt latches look like our 26-351 tilt latch pair. Take a look and see if the measurements line up. You will also need to measure the shoe to see if it's the same as our 15-045. If so, you can choose a Series 900 balance based on length.
