Thanks for posting! There is a great chance we can supply you with the replacement balances needed for your repairs but I'll need a bit more information from your balances to confirm.

To start, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window channel. I am specifically looking to see a photo of the top and bottom plastic attachments from the balance. I'll also need to know the stamp/marking from the metal channel of the balances. This stamp indicates the weight range the balance can carry to support the sash. 

Since this appears to be a non-tilt window, you'll likely need to replace the top sash guides. These are typically installed at the top corners of the window. They prevent the balance from shooting up into the window channel and guide the balance when opening and closing the window.
