What are these parts I need for my window?

Do you guys carry this part? I've looked and see some similar parts, but can't quite find this one. I only need 2 (a right side and left side- if there is a difference). If you don't carry it, could you point me in the direction of someone who does? Thank you for your help.

Based on the photos you are showing us, you may be able to use our 26-375 pivot bar. Look over our measurements to see if this would make a good match.
