What are these parts and how to get them?

Hello. I have 3 parts that I would like to procure for my windows.

1) I would like to replace the window lock. While the lock still works, it is peeling. I would rather get news ones than paint them a bit.

2) I need to replace and get more of the black screen frame holders that keeps my windows screens in place. I am not able to find these in typical hardware stores.

3) I would like to replace the bottom of sliding windows with new black tape. They are typically two on the bottom on either side of the window to help moving them easier.

I'm pretty sure we can help with these parts. I'll go through each point in your post one at a time.

This lock is very similar to our 90-005. Look over our photos and dimensions and see if you agree.
I'm not sure if we can get a hold of this exact clip. These are tricky to come by these days. You may be able to use something like our 70-212 as a substitute, but let me know what you think. We also have the 70-176.
This black tape looks like wool pile. We carry a wide selection, but you'll need to get more detailed measurements to confirm the best match. You can see our entire selection here.
