Hi, I bought a house in Arizona with Atrium Windows, there is one double hung window in the place and it's missing BOTH channel balancers! The window is 30 1/2 inches by 41 1/2 inches. Any suggestions?
the old parts are not there, it is completely missing the balancers. Would it be helpful if I gave you the measurements between the notch were the balancer locks in and the bottom of the window?
Unfortunately it is the only double hung window in the home!
What balance would work?

Thanks for posting. It's going to be very difficult to know what balance to recommend without seeing an original sample as a reference. If there is no other window in the home identical to this one where you could pull a balance from, then could you give us the dimensions of the visible glass in the window? We'll see if we can work something out from there.
