What bushing to get for spiral balance

A home owner from Cushing, OK says:
August 5, 2015
I need to order 22 spiral balances for tilt windows. 3/8 x 32 in. I want to get the bushing for the stronger wt. Would the blue bushing be good. I cannot take out the window to weigh it. We have 11 windows that will not stay up and they are 13 yrs. old. Please help me. Nadyne

Hello Nadyne. Sounds like you need our S900-32 spiral balance, which does not use Blue Tips. What is the current weight of your sash?
