What bushing to get for spiral balance

I need to order 22 spiral balances for tilt windows. 3/8 x 32 in. I want to get the bushing for the stronger wt. Would the blue bushing be good. I cannot take out the window to weigh it. We have 11 windows that will not stay up and they are 13 yrs. old. Please help me. Nadyne
