I ordered S850-28 two years back. Now S850-28 is no longer available in your website. What replacement I can use? Please see my previous order for details order number 741404

You can replace your S850-28 with S795-28 and 28C option for a sash weighing between 18-23 lbs. You will also need to replace you pivot bar with our 26-021. Thank you!
