What channel balance do I need?

A quick learner from Seattle says:
Window weights about 15 pounds.
Marking on existing channel balance: 11 9 18# CALDWELL DM
12 inches long, 0.5 inches in width, shoe 1-3/32 inches

Do I need a S385-12 stamp 1150?

Hello,

You're correct, you'll need the S385-12 channel balance, and the spring stamped code will be 1150 for a sash weighing between 12-15 lbs. If the sash is over 15 pounds, we'd need to look into having these custom-made for you. Thanks for posting!
