What channel balance type I have to buy?

Question

I just took off channel balance from my 40 years plus front slide window of my  living room . Can't identify exactly what serie to buy. Length metal to metal 33 inches, width 1/2 in. Thank you.

Thank you for your patience with us while we wrap up this busy season. Your balance closely resembles both our S380-33 and S385-33. The only difference between these two parts is the depth measurement of the bottom balance shoe. The depth measurement of the bottom shoe for the Series 380 is 1" and for the Series 385 is 1-3/32". Measure the depth of your bottom shoe, like in the diagram below, to determine which balance would make the better match. Whichever one chosen will go with the 3260 option.
