What channel balancers do I have?

I think mine are either style 380 or 385. The number stamped
on the side is 2690 and I did not see that listed.....
will need for 3 or 4 windows.....

Hey, Otto, thanks for posting. Whether you have the Series 380 or Series 385 depends on what bottom shoe you have. Check out our 15-004 and 15-005 and let me know which matches your own shoe more closely.

As for the stamp, we do not have a standard option for that. What is the weight of the sash? That will help us determine what option is best.

Looks like the bottom shoe is 1 3/32" so the 15-004
The sash weighs 24.8 lbs +/-.

Great! Thanks for the additional information, Otto. With a 15-004 shoe, I think you might want to consider our S385-27. Do you agree? If so, then two of these balances with our 2640 option should be able to carry your sash weight. Let me know what you think.
