What comes with the 82-043 thumb latch?

Does just the thumb latch come w/ this or does it come w/ the silver guts (reach out deadlock) that runs down the side of the door come with it also?

The 82-043 thumb latch includes only the thumb latch as seen in the product picture. I believe the other part you are referring to is the 82-037 Andersen Reachout Deadlock Assembly, which is sold separately.
