i have Truth window crank hardware. the number on the gear housing is 39471. the short arm is 20544. the long arm is 9 1/4 long. it is a rh crank. what part do i need?

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we are not able to confirm a match based on another customers stamp codes. If you could show us a photo of the operator with the window open so that the arm that moves the sash is visible, as well as the base, we can go from there. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. It's tough to be sure but it looks like you may have a dual-arm operator like the EntryGard 39-032. We also offer the 39-031 opposite handed version. The determining factor will be how the design and arm measurements shown below compare to yours. Note that both operators are used with the 39-107FK handle and cover kit. Thanks for posting!
