What do I measure before I order

Question

If you are inside the window needing parts is the right one. The photos are from the left one from the inside. Do I need to measure all of this separately b/4 we order?

Looks like you need a new casement window hinge. We don't have your exact type, but the 36-048 should work as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time. The video below will show you what i mean.
