Thanks for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 82-086 keyed handle set with 3-15/16" hole center spacing. This is compatible with the 82-218 mortise lock. We don't have your exact keeper but take a look at the 89-020, 89-021D, and 89-021. Review the specifications for these parts and see how they compare with your old hardware.
