What do you call this and do you have any in chrome?

Hi,

My windows have a circular insert in the top of the sash for raising and lowering with a pole hook. It is a sort of aged brass. I'm describing it as a "window sash flush mount pole hook insert" but I'm not getting any google hits that look like it.
