What happens if I use a different offset for my closet?

I was reading your other posts and it appears that they no longer make a 7/8 inch offset. You have recommended either a new track system or the 23-003 which is a 3/4 inch offset. If I were to buy the 23-003 what may go wrong? We are talking an 1/8 of an inch will it really be a problem? I know an 1/8 of an inch can be a big problem in many aspects but really not sure what the impact would be on the closet doors.

We unfortunately don't sell anything with that offset. One negative consequence of using a smaller offset roller is that the doors might rub together. However, since we're only talking about a slight difference, you may be able to compensate by installing some washers under the roller to pad it out and make up the difference. Would that work for you?

Thank you for the reply. I think it may be best to just get a new track.
