What is My Window Balancer Weight

See attached pictures. It looks like i have the S380-27. I cannot tell from the stamp which weight I need.

Thanks for posting! A stamp of 27 4 usually corresponds to our 2740 option, but you should weigh your window sash and compare it to the S380-27's weight table just to make sure that's correct.

I assume you mean the 2640 Option...I weighed the window last night and it was approximately 20 lbs...

Actually, your metal channel may be 28", not 27. For this type of balance, the stamp tends to be one digit less than the length. A S380-28 would have a 2740 option. I recommend that you double check just in case.
