Was wondering if you could help me with a problem. My customer has 2 broken casement window locks. I can't determine what's broke cause there are no other similar windows. I took pics of the pieces. Once u see them I think you might be able to see what's missing. My hunch is it's on the latch mechanism itself but I'm not sure.

Greetings. Looking at your photo, it looks like your 'activator pin' might be worn down. I can't be sure, and it might be worth checking and lubricating your customer's linkage and seeing if that helps. If not, you might need to purchase our 38-100 lock. Give it a look and see what you think.
