Take a look at our 58-173 to start. This is called Bulb Weatherstripping. Look over the end profile dimensions, carefully compare with yours, and see if you think this matches up. Let me know what you find.

I agree with Bob, the 58-173 seems likely. Compare the end profile dimensions just to confirm.
