I have Silverline Vinyl Low E Double Glazed Tilt-In Windows and need new screen clips. Will part 70-123 work for image I included.

Looking at this picture, our 70-123 certainly appears similar. How do the dimensions match, though? Carefully compare those we show for the 70-123 to your own hardware and let me know.
