What is right replacement for this block and tackle balance? Also need suggestion on Sash CAM

Quick Learner from Jacksonville FL
On my windows I have attached balance 29 6. Please find attached picture.

Also it appears that my Sash CAM (caps) are also busted and need replacement.

Can you please recommend right product to purchase?

Thanks for posting. It appears you have either an S380-30 or S385-30 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the distance from heel-to-toe. See the diagram below for reference. Compare both with your old balance to see which matches best. In either case, for a new stamp option choose 2960.

There are many different Top Sash Guides that could potentially work with with this channel balance. The best thing to do is to remove an undamaged one and show us pictures of it from the front and side (think 'mugshot' photos). That will help narrow down your options.

Thank you for quick response. It is very tricky to determine the difference of 3/32 on my tape measure. Will going with S385 risky?

Also attaching the pic of unbroken sash cam? Wish I would have taken the mugshot photos but missed doing before loading the window sash back again. Please let me know if this gives any hint for suggestion. If not then I will need to remove window sash again.

Thank you again for your guidance.

Sometimes these shoes wear from age, which can make getting exact readings difficult. Do your best. Generally, if the shoe depth is greater than 1", then it's a Series 385. If you choose the Series 385 and the shoe proves to be too deep for the window track, you could always use sandpaper to rub the shoe down a bit--but please note that modified items cannot be returned for refunds.

As far as the Top Sash Guide, at first glance it looks like it might be either the 18-009 or 18-166; but ultimately, you will need to remove an old guide and compare to confirm if either of these match what you have. See the illustrations below. Let me know if you have further questions.
