What is the Hinge and the clip piece

Question

Single hung window, with hinges on the Left side.
Only bottom window moves... Up/down -OR- Swings In.

Window with left side hinges ... swings in

questions are:
1. What kind of Window and mfg is this

2. What is the Hinge and What is the clip piece

FYI. the condo was built in 1983.

Any information is Greatly Appreciated [ the only number is the channel balance of 2140, you carry this part ] am seeking additional info and parts.

Thanks for contacting us! This is an old discontinued Silverline Swinger window. The hinges should match with our 15-058, however they aren't made to be replaced. There is no easy way to get the old ones out, I'm afraid. I've known some people who have drilled out the old rivet and used a large screw to attach the new hinge, see if that could work for you.
