What is the correct sash weight range?

We have Norandex windows and need window balances. Number stamped on balance is 3635 BS1. We looked at the part S380-37 but do not know the option for the sash weight range. Can you recommend which one please? Thank you.

The window balance is 37". What other measurement do you need?
