I just ordered and replaced two pairs of 24-939 and am very happy with the quality and ease of installation. I have a slightly larger window in the next apartment but due to tenant issues I can get in for an inspection visit before the repair (its a long story) Window is same vintage as above, but just a little bigger. What is the next stronger balance after the 24-939? Thanks

It's best to check the box that Andersen used. See if the code is different than the other windows.
I'm also not sure what you mean when you say the windows are bigger. If they're actually taller and wider, then a stronger balance wouldn't solve your problem, because you would need a balance that was built for a taller window, not just heavier.
There are a surprising number of factors that Andersen uses to determine which box they want you to use. If the windows are simply a bit heavier, it's possible (but not likely) that they may have the same balances as the other windows. However, you'd still need to check the codes on the boxes to be sure.
