This corner piece pierces the insert screen frame on a Pella casement window and has a string that goes through it which is also threaded through 2 pieces to keep the string running more smoothly.

I can't be sure based on your photo but we do offer the 70-165 Pella screen latch. Take a look at the images below to determine if this may be the replacement that you need. Thank you!

Hey Casey,
Getting warm maybe new pic of "working" part will help narrow down the options.

This corner piece allows for a string to pass through to operate the thin "in between the windows" accordion blinds

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the blind pulley insert shown in your photo. In this case, your best bet would be to reach out to Pella or one of their dealers directly. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
