Thanks for posting. Your picture shows the Top Sliding Closet Door Roller Guide, our 23-027. See if this works: To remove your doors, try prying up under the nylon flange on bottom guides (23-026) from the bottom track. Then, swing the bottom of the doors in to unhook the top wheels (23-027) from the top track. Let me know if this works for you.

Just want to say that, to me, "swing bottom of door IN" implies swing bottom of door INTO the closet. That is NOT how to dislodge these rollers from the track! The doors must be swung OUTWARD, i.e., AWAY from the closet, in order to lift 23-027 out of the top track (therefore it's the outer door that has to be removed first).
Obviously, things work in reverse when installing, and perhaps that's where the confusing language comes from. Just wanted to leave a note for any other poor confused souls like myself. You guys have a great website and feedback system, and I appreciate that your company has tried to somewhat standardize the confusing assortment of brands and hardware out there!
