What is this crank

I think this is a left-handed Encore Dyad Sill Mount Operator (Product Code: 39-220B) but I'm not sure. What else might it be and what's the best way to pin it down?

I agree that your operator resembles the 39-220B at first glance. The dimensions would be the determining factor since we can't make out exact measurements from photos. If it's a match, see the 39-376 handle with cover kit used with this assembly. Thanks for posting!
