What is this Lock?

This does look pretty old. Could we more photos of the door and the lock that interacts with this? I would also like your dimensions. This specific part may be too old, but we would be happy to research a possible modern replacement. In the meantime, look at our 89-001 keeper. This is similar. Would it be something you could get to work?
