I tried searching on your site for this part. Do you carry these, and what would it be called? I finally figured out what Operators will work, now I'm down to this piece. I'm so glad you had operators that will work for me, I just hope I can get everything I need in one shot.

Thanks for posting. We don't currently carry a replacement part like this, but we may be able to track something down. In order to confirm what you have, can you remove the arm from the window and show us a couple other pictures of it from different angles? I would also like to know its precise dimensions. Thank you!
