What is this part?

I found it on top of the metal pivot shoe of my tilt in window. Is this a part of the pivot shoe? I noticed that on side of my upper sash is off that pivot shoe so is this a part of a broken pivot shoe? What might be the part number for this?

It's really hard to say for sure what this is. It looks like just a hunk of plastic. It could be part of a pivot shoe like our 15-192, but you should probably look at an undamaged version on one of your other windows to be 100% sure.
