What is this part called?

Hi.

This is the mechanism that connects to the arm on each side. It slides onto the bottom of window and is secured from sliding off with a screw. I couldn't find any markings or branding on the other parts either.

This appears to be a guide shoe for a casement or awning window operator. We actually sold this exact part at one time, but it was discontinued and is no longer available by itself. At this time we only sell one operator that still has it attached, which is our 39-312.
