What is this part on my window?

When I open my window(lift it up) I can see two of this parts at the bottom of the window frame in both sides. It looks like these parts hold the window open since they are broken and my window will not hold open position any more. I showed these pics to the window/door guy in Homedepot but he said they do not carry this.
What to know the name of the part so may be I can fix the window instead of buying a whole new window assembly.

Your pivot shoe is 15-177; I can tell you that. I can't tell how big your pivot bar is, so look and compare 26-226 to yours. Does the size match?
