What is your part number for the plastic frame corners?

the width of the leg is .580"

And the width of the legs with the circular stiffeners are .416" wide

I'm afraid I don't recognize this corner. Before I recommend anything, can you tell me how thick the screen frame itself is? That might help me narrow down the list of possible alternatives.

Thanks for the additional photos. Our 95-229 appears to be the closest product we sell compared to your given measurements. You might have to do some minor modification to fit in your frame, though, since it's not exact. I don't believe your exact corner is still available anymore.
