What kind of Balance do I have?

A landlord from Gainesville FL says:
I want to buy new balances. I believe they are 377. Could you help and make sure I am ordering the right parts. Thanks Ken

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Thanks for posting, Ken. I agree, these look like our Series 377 Channel Balances. Could you confirm that the length of the metal channels you show for the two balances in your photos are 24" and 31"? Be sure not to include the end nylon attachments in these measurements. If so, then you should see our S377-24 and S377-31

You will need to select a stamp option for each of these balances. These are indicated by the stamped numbers you show on your balances. For the S377-24, the stamp option of 2320 is for a window sash in the weight range of 9 through 15 lbs. For the S377-31, the stamp option 3020 is for a window sash in the weight range of 12 through 16 lbs. Let us know if you have any questions.
