What kind of return policy do you have?

A quick learner from Florida says:

I have no Idea what kind of door this is. It has a tag from Norandex but when I call them They said they don't make Slididng glass doors they just order them. This is the only tag on the door so I have no Idea who manufactured this door But the wheels I'm looking at (81-133) look similar to the ones on the door. What kind of return ploicy do you have? Thanks Jeff
