What kind of springs do I need

We can't be sure with the balance still installed but the 3/8" S900 or 5/8" S600 would be a good place to start if the spiral end matches yours. You'll have to measure the diameter of the plastic outer tube to determine which size you need. See the videos related on this page to help you through the replacement process. Thanks for posting!
