What material is used to make T slot foam filled weather seal ?

Is your T-Slot Foam Filled Bulb Weatherseal, vinyl or silicon? If it is vinyl then will it stick to latex paint?

I believe the 58-171 and 58-182 are vinyl. Latex paint could stick to it, yes.
