What model cover do I need?

Sir or Madam,

I have one window on which the 'inner portion\cover' of the handle is lost. Now sure which model is that I have but need your help in getting the accurate handle to replace with the bad one. Attached are the pictures. Could you please help me with this, really appreciate that.

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to start by seeing your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible.
