What model is this?

Hello! This appears to be a Truth brand casement window operator, but that's about all I can say based on this photo. I can only see part of the operator assembly. I'd be happy to look into it further, but I will need you to remove it from the window and take a new photo that shows the entire assembly in one shot. Would that be possible?
