What model would I need to replace the operator

Hello,
Looking to replace the operator for my casement window because the mechanism opens the window but does not close the window when cranked the other way.

Casement window that is around the 1990s. Can you let me know what model this is?

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that operate the sash are fully visible. Thank you!
