What part do I need to replace this window? (Truth Entryguard 31538a)

A home owner from Milwaukee says:
The name on the crank says its a "Truth Entryguard 31538a"

Right now the window will open but never close, its like the gear won't spin backward, it's pretty sticky whenever I open it but I have to go outside to manually close it. Is the best option to move forward to replace it?

What part should I replace it with? I consider myself somewhat handy around the house, think I can do it myself?

Attached is my window. I want to replace this window, and then actually the same problem is happening in my other window but that one opens to the left. This one in the photos opens to the right.

What 2 parts do I need to replace these? Thanks.

Yep, sounds like your gears are stripped. I recommend our 39-031 and 39-032 operators; if you compare our dimensions to yours, I think you'll find they match up quite well.

These are pretty simply to replace. We even have a video on it. Check it out and let me know if you have any questions.
